Question by D N: What do you call a 500ml can of beer? A pint? A tall can?

I went to a liquor store , and asked for a single, cold pint of beer. Lady didn’t know what I was talking about. Is the word “pint” not used anymore in Canada? She said “tall can” is what most people call it.

Most people are stupid. Tall can…. I think of a 40, except that’s glass.

500mL = 16.9oz, so, yea, its a pint.
